Falcao to leave Manchester United this summer...

Radamel Falcao will leave Manchester United this summer because of Louis van Gaal, according to Colombian legend Faustino Asprilla.

The former Newcastle United striker claims the relationship between the Red Devils manager and player is ‘broken’.

Doubts begun to surround the future of the on-loan striker after it was alleged Falcao stormed out of Old Trafford having been axed from the United squad which lost 1-0 to Southampton on Sunday.

The player has refuted such claims, but recent comments from his agent Jorge Mendes, who too has suggested his client may not make the move permanent, has only added fuel to the fire.

Colombian Falcao is yet to find his stride in the North West, scoring just three goals in 13 starts since arriving on a season-long loan from Monaco in August, which has cost the Premier League club £6m as well as over £350,000-a-week in wages.
