Manchester United are considering a £25 million bid for Seamus Coleman, the Everton right-back, who is also being tracked by Chelsea, according to reports in the Daily Star.
It is understood that United were interested in the Republic of Ireland international during the summer with the club ready to offload Marouane Fellaini to his former club as part of the deal.
With Everton now interested in taking Adnan Januzaj on loan until the end of the season, the belgian could be used as a bargaining tool in the transfer window to push the Coleman deal through.
